Republican congressional candidate Ed Martin plans to mark the baseball Cardinals' opening day today by campaigning around Busch Stadium. Martin -- who is challenging U.S. Rep. Russ Carnahan, D-St. Louis -- says he plans to spend Monday afternoon tooling around downtown in a flatbed truck adorned with a campaign billboard. (First, Martin says, he plans to "take Route 66 past the popular Ted Drewes.")
